Mugs - On-line Shop

All our mugs are printed to order, are double sided (front and back) and would typically be despatched, within 1 working day from receipt of your order, by Royal Mail 24 hour service. If there are any issues that would change our despatch dates we will contact you immediately by email. Completed orders will be despatched in doublewall cardboard emailers (single, 4 and 6 mug depending on order size) to ensure that they will arrive in the best  condition. 

We inspect all orders before despatch to make sure they meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you receive your order and you suspect you might have damaged items, take a photo of the packaging and then check the contents. If you do have damaged items, again, take a photo and forward them both to us to us and we will replace the damaged article(s).
